BOTANICA SIGNATURE

TOASTED RICE CRÈME
Botanica Signature

Fragrant pandan, deep palm sugar and bold espresso. Don’t rush to mix it—let the drink change as you sip.

Unexpected at first. Familiar by the last sip.

BOTANICA SIGNATURE

PANDAN PALM DIRTY
Botanica Signature

Pandan is loved throughout Southeast Asia for its soft, floral aroma, often compared to vanilla but with a character all its own. We pair chilled pandan milk with deep palm sugar and pour bold espresso over the top.

Don’t stir it right away.
Let the layers change the drink as you sip.

BOTANICA SIGNATURE

OKSUSU LATTE
Botanica Signature • Oksusu means “corn” in Korean

Yes, corn belongs in coffee. Roasting sweet corn brings out a buttery, almost cereal-like sweetness that works beautifully with espresso. We finish it with a lightly salted corn crème for a drink that feels playful, comforting and completely unexpected.

One of those combinations you have to taste to understand.

BOTANICA SIGNATURE

MISO CARAMEL CORTADO
Botanica Signature

Caramel is familiar. Miso changes it.
A small amount of white miso adds saltiness and depth to caramel without making the drink taste savory. Paired with double espresso and silky steamed milk, it creates a cortado that’s richer, more balanced and a little more interesting than you expected.

Small drink. Big personality.

COFFEE AROUND THE WORLD

CÀ PHÊ MUỐI
Huế, Vietnam • Vietnamese Salt Coffee

Hailing from Huế, Vietnam, cà phê muối pairs strong Vietnamese coffee with sweet condensed milk and a rich layer of salted cream.
The salt doesn’t make the coffee taste salty. Instead, it softens bitterness, deepens sweetness and helps create the silky finish that makes this drink so memorable.

Strong. Sweet. Silky.

COFFEE AROUND THE WORLD

No.16
Chiang Mai, Thailand • Botanica Ritual Service

Botanica’s No.16 takes inspiration from a coffee experience in Chiang Mai, where coffee can be as much about the ritual as the flavor. Fresh lime, raw brown sugar and sparkling craft soda arrive in the glass while the espresso comes separately.
Pour it yourself. Watch the drink transform. Then taste what happens when citrus, carbonation and espresso meet.

Pour • Watch • Taste

COFFEE AROUND THE WORLD

FLAT RED
Kyiv, Ukraine

Created in Kyiv in 2016 by Ukrainian barista Vadym Granovskiy, the Flat Red reimagines what an espresso drink can be without milk.
Double espresso meets fresh orange and pomegranate, creating something bright, tart, aromatic and deeply fruit-forward. It doesn’t drink like a latte – and that’s exactly the point.

Coffee, seen differently.

COFFEE AROUND THE WORLD

BICERIN
Torino, Italy

Born from an 18th-century Turin coffee tradition, the Bicerin brings together coffee, rich chocolate and cream in distinct layers.
Each sip moves through different densities, temperatures and flavors as the layers meet on the palate.

There’s only one rule:
Don’t stir it. Drink through the layers.
